Remaking’s findings on the influence of remote work, at the XXIII SIEPI Workshop
On 30-31 January 2025, the REMAKING partners Ilaria Mariotti and Federica Rossi, both from the Politecnico di Milano, participated in the XXIII SIEPI Workshop, the annual workshop of the Italian Society of Economics and Industrial Policy, hosted by the Department of Civil, Chemical, Environmental and Materials Engineering (DICAM) of the University of Bologna.
Ilaria and Federica presented two papers related to the work carried out in Remaking: on the one hand, about European home workers’ job satisfaction during the COVID-19 pandemic, and on the other, about the influence of flexible working arrangements on the change of residence in the Lombardy region. Further, the first piece of research was presented in a session entitled “Labour market and human capital”, which was chaired by Ilaria Mariotti.
