Participants: Ilaria Mariotti and Federica Rossi (Politecnico di Milano)

Ilaria and Federica will present two papers related to the work carried out in Remaking: on the one hand, about European home workers’ job satisfaction during the COVID-19 pandemic, and on the other, about the influence of flexible working arrangements on the change of residence in the Lombardy region. Further, the first piece of research will be presented in a session entitled “Labour market and human capital”, which was chaired by Ilaria Mariotti.
